I was about to say that this is Kim's Blair, but I guess he's technically mine. ..we share him. He's gay and he bakes. Next!

Celio's Harvey Dent mode. I needed man!practice because all I ever draw is women or bobbleheads.

Case in point: messy Alice doodles. idk, she's such a doe-eyed kid that it's hard to resist.

I know the anatomy is a disaster, you don't need to tell me. That's why it's cropped. But I like her head, neck and shoulders. It's hard to make Maria look hot but as sturdy as she actually is. I need to work on curvy women and hispanic features.

I want to go see The Time Traveler's Wife, but I'm not sure I'm up for that much crying.

Seriously, the HBP premiere was the best thing to happen to me all miserable summer. We had a blast. :] A lot of other fun stuff happened, but I think I've met my fanart quota for.. the rest of the year, really. I should draw more fanart.

First, some tegaki.

I decided that tegaki I scribbled earlier was Aurora's design, but I didn't know it at the time, so I drew her again. Rory is Mae's (unfortunately named) hypothetical second child and a complete brat. She's spoiled, rebellious and obstinate, but she's also charming, impulsive and naturally flirtatious. This makes her father very nervous. She's bi-curious. Hilarity ensues.

Yes, I do know their heads are two different sizes, there is no need to point this out.

I like hips.

I also like making these little palette pages. I'm sure they will one day make my life easier, though I have yet to find any use for them. I started this in Connecticut and then never touched it again because Maria's all "DURRR I HAVE NO EXPRESSION." I have no idea what possessed me to barf color on it since I can't stand the sketch. Oh well.

Uhh. First sketches of Bonnie, Foster's long-suffering assistant and HR specialist. She's actually Jewish, not Irish. Her father had a bad sense of humor. I hate that all my women look exactly alike. I need to do something about that.

...my room is currently overrun with a ladybug infestation. idk what to do about it.

Well holy shit! Yes, I'm still alive. With the glory of love. I literally have not drawn since July, tho, and I have never been so out of practice in my life. (School really kicked my ass.) But I guess that's what winter break is forrr. My tablet is finally working with my laptop so it's all good.

Quick update from the graphite front.

I think I'm going to keep posting the actual purpose for these entries first and then just toss on lots of three-minute crap afterward for funzies. This is the prelim sketch for 001:Beginnings, Kim. I didn't realize how off his right shoulder is until I scanned it. Will fix before attempting to paint.

I really just wanted an excuse to draw yards of cotton candy hair, I think.

Every time I get the urge to draw Belle, I see visions of beast boards.

These, uh. Are little prelim thumbnails for another in the 100arts project. I shouldn't have bothered scanning them, but I like Piper's expression and Loki gets no love. :[ He needs a haircut. Not as badly as Foster does (HGJKHGLSHGLS) but it's still bugging me.

Alright, first post. :[ Most of this is backlog but I wanna get it up somewhere so it's not sitting there on my hard drive staring at me.

A page of pointless Alices, which is the reason for this post. Alice is Mae's hypothetical child that somehow exists in every universe except the real one. I'm starting to like her, though. The various heads vary wildly because I've never actually drawn her before.

Followed by pointless Gaia doodles.

Not that Lola's a pointless Gaia doodle, but, y'know. I should probably just chuck this all on to one image. But.. no. Don't care enough.
